Spider Plant rooted baby.

You will receive a plant very similar to the one pictured.

Spider Plant 'Bonnie' (Chlorophytum comosum 'Bonnie') is a compact and highly attractive variety of the classic spider plant, celebrated for its unique aesthetic and resilient nature. Unlike the traditional variety with straight foliage, 'Bonnie' features striking, curly leaves that dynamically swirl as they grow, accented by a bold, bright cream-white stripe running down the center. This fast-growing plant is exceptionally skilled at purifying indoor air by removing common toxins. As it matures, it produces long, cascading runners adorned with small white flowers and dozens of adorable, curly miniature plantlets.

Light: Thrives best in bright, indirect sunlight. It can easily tolerate partial shade, but direct hot sun will scorch the leaves, while too much shade may fade its vibrant variegation.
Watering: Water moderately once the top one to two inches of the soil has completely dried out. Ensure excellent drainage, as the Spider Plant 'Bonnie' is completely non-toxic and safe for both cats and dogs. Cats are often naturally attracted to the dangling leaves, which have a mild hallucinogenic effect similar to catnip, but it is harmless. stores water in its thick roots and is prone to root rot if left in standing water.
Temperature: Prefers standard household temperatures ranging between 59°F to 75°F. Keep it away from cold winter drafts and sudden temperature drops.
Humidity: Adapts well to average indoor humidity. However, it deeply appreciates occasional misting or a quick shower, especially during hot summer days or when winter heating dries out the air.
Soil: Use a light, fertile, and well-draining commercial potting mix. Adding a handful of perlite or vermiculite helps maintain the ideal soil structure.
Fertilizer: Feed every 2 to 3 weeks during the active spring and summer growing season using a balanced, water-soluble liquid houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength. Reduce feeding to once a month or stop entirely in winter.
Toxicity: Spider Plant 'Bonnie' is completely non-toxic and safe for both cats and dogs.
