Pitchers are drained for transportation. Please pour distilled water in each pitcher (approximately 1/4 - 1/3 of its volume).

It happens you may receive a plant with dying or dead pitchers after shipping. It is a normal occurrence due to shipping stress and the plant may loose all its pitchers. Just cut off please dead pitchers/leaves - the plant will grow new leaves with new pitchers soon.

Soil: peat (pH 3-5) : perlite / quartz sand (2: 1). The use of a neutral or alkaline substrate will lead to the death of the plant. Well-drained.
Light requirements: Full Sun
Watering: Medium. Rain, distilled, reverse osmosis. Watering with tap water will kill the plant.
Air humidity: 50-90%
Temperature: 70-80 F, min 50 F.
